Comfort Plus rooms are on the ground floor of the Osada I and Osada II buildings, which also house the Wellness Area. Nearby is the fishing Wapionka Lake, a little further is parking no. 2, and about 100–150 m from the buildings – Karczma Młyn and a private beach. Depending on the room, the windows overlook Wapionka Lake, greenery and forest, or a common area of the complex.

The room consists of a living area and a bathroom, and each of these rooms has its own terrace. This is an option for people who appreciate comfort in a natural setting and proximity to the Wellness Area – it also suits anglers.
