The rooms are on the 1st floor of the Osada II building, which also houses the Wellness Area. Nearby is the fishing lake Wapionka, a few steps further is parking no. 2, and about 150 m away – the Karczma Młyn restaurant and a private beach. The windows and balconies offer views of the forest.

The room consists of a bedroom and a bathroom, and each of these rooms has its own balcony. This is an option for solo travelers, friends and business guests who value peace and relaxation outdoors.
